30 watt handwired amp made in New Jersey by Lou Rosano. It sounds like a combination of a Fender tweed and early Marshall amp.
The Hubert Sumlin model (HS) is the precursor to the Keith Richards model (KR-12). This (now discontinued) version is a little grittier and breaks up faster. It currently runs on Gold Lion KT66 power tubes.
Amp also takes 6L6's with simple rebias. Speaker is a Celestion A type 50 watt. Footswitch included for 4 interactive "jumped" channels, which allow you to get lovely cleans all the way to heavily driven Marshall/Tweed tones.
