I call it the Minee Zed. Nothing "mini" about the sound of the amp, tho! Huge amp sounds in a small stylish unique quality package. The head is scratch built with all new parts other than the high quality output transformer which came from a Roberts reel to reel amp. The speaker cab was hand made from rescued pine planks. Dovetail joinery and a scroll cut flower grill. Has a great sound and vibe to it. A magnet imbedded in the wood keeps the collapsible handle from rattling while playing. An 8 ohm vintage 10 Cleveland alnico speaker is mounted in the cab and sounds surprisingly good with this fire breathing amp.

The amp itself has one knob! But if your guitar has volume and tone knobs, that's all you'll need to get a variety of tones and gain levels. Think of the amp's volume knob as a master volume and your guitar's volume as the gain knob. The amp cleans up nicely especially with single coils.

If you have splittable coil humbuckers, you'll be able to go from fender like cleans to plexi overdrive tones without pedals. That being said, the amp takes pedals fantastically! Plugging into the Minee Zed is a really fun playing experience! And it's also a great recording tool.

If you have a speaker collection, I haven't heard the amp sound bad with any of my British or American voiced speakers. And both alnico and ceramic sound great with it.
